Postcard from Latvia!

Today I got a nice postcard from Latvia! The postcard shows multiple views and scenes of the country. Latvia is a country in Northern Europe that was once a Soviet Republic. Its folklore dates back to over 1,000 years and its cuisine features fish, due to the country's location near the sea. Other local ingredients like potatoes and wheat are often used and their food generally does not have spices. The card was sent by Nastya from Russia who was in Latvia for vacation.
