Postcard from China!

Today I got a nice postcard from China! The postcard shows a picture of Cherry blossoms. Cherry blossoms, which are also sometimes called Sakura, are flowers of the Japanese Cherry of the genus Prunus. They were originally native to the Himalayas but have since been propagated in various locations with similarly cold temperatures. In China, they are more common in the middle and souther portions of the country near the sea. The card is an official Postcrossing card, CN-1358028. Thanks Daisy!
